Accessibility

The Township of North Dumfries Accessibility Plan (NDAP) highlights accessibility initiatives that were undertaken in the past and future initiatives for the next five years. Under the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the Township is required to develop a multi-year plan with yearly updates. The goal of the NDAP is to identify practices, procedures, policies, by-laws and other services that were or are to be reviewed for compliance with required Provincial legislation.
