Consultants conducted site visits to evaluate the current condition of the roads in Ayr. Two areas of concern were evaluated for each road: storm water servicing and existing surface condition. 

This Study focuses on the proposed Multi-use Community Facility that has emerged from an investigation into public use facility needs of the Township of North Dumfries. Specifically, this document identifies the costs and steps necessary to proceed with the development of the proposed multi-use facility.

The Community Use Facility Needs Study provides an assessment of the Township's recreation and leisure facility needs based upon a series of research and consultation initiatives. A key focus of the Study is to evaluate the potential of providing a multi-purpose community complex. This Study offers short-term and long-term planning objectives through the development of facility-specific action plans. The scope of the Study encompasses all park and recreation facilities in North Dumfries.
