Notice of Special Council Meeting
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING NOTICE
Pursuant to the Township of North Dumfries Procedural By-law No. 3130-20, Section 5.10(b), the Clerk hereby gives written notice of a Special Council Meeting.
A Special Council Meeting, to take place in the Dumfries Room at the North Dumfries Community Complex (NDCC), 2958 Greenfield Road, Ayr, as follows:
Monday, February 26, 2024
at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss a Closed Session item, as it relates to:
- “advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose” (Municipal Act, Section 239 (2)((f))
No other business items will be discussed beyond those matters included with the circulated/posted Agenda.
Any available corresponding information will be posted on the Township of North Dumfries website at www.northdumfries.ca.
