The Water Conservation By-Law is in effect from May 31 to September 30. Find your watering day at the Region's Lawn Watering Rules. Limiting outdoor watering manages peak water demands and keeps reserves to fight fires and supply emergencies.

Please note that the Township of North Dumfries has a different water rate than other parts of the Region. Please refer to the Region of Waterloo Water Rates.

Residents of the Townships of Wellesley and North Dumfries are billed for water and wastewater by the Region of Waterloo.
North Dumfries residents and businesses with a municipal water and/or wastewater connection receive water bills from the Region of Waterloo Finance Department.

In addition, operation and maintenance of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems for both the Townships of Wellesley and North Dumfries are the responsibility of the Region of Waterloo. Please call 519-575-4400 for information related to meters, shut-off valves, etc.
