Contact Us
Pickleball has gained significant popularity, resulting in an increased demand that our facility is currently challenged to accommodate, alongside other programs. We sincerely appreciate your patience and the kindness shown to staff as we continue to work to adjust the program. Our goal has always been to meet demand as best as possible and to ensure inclusivity for all who wish to participate.
2025 Program Details
To better manage player demand, we’re introducing program sessions. Players can initially register for one program session. If you’re interested in playing in additional program sessions (e.g., a daytime AND an evening session), you may add your name to a wait list by emailing recreation@northdumfries.ca. After the registration date, if space remains available, we’ll offer spots to those on the wait list.

Additional Details
- Daily Sign-In: Players must sign in upon arrival to the NDCC at the front desk for daytime programs and with a staff member for early morning and evening programs. (no more shoe tags)
- Flexibility: If a session doesn’t fill, we’ll open it to other interested players.
- Playtime Adjustment: To accommodate the reduced maximum of 24 players per session, playtime will now be 1.5 hours for daytime programs and 2 hours in the evening with additional players.
We believe these adjustments will help more players enjoy the program and ensure fair access for everyone.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we roll out these changes. Your continued support is appreciated, and we’re excited to see you on the courts!
