At the August 13, 2018 Regular Council meeting, Council adopted an Administrative Policy for Annual Attendance Reporting For Members of Council that requires an annual summary to be prepared by the Clerk that details attendance of all members of Council for all Committee of the Whole meetings, Regular Council meetings, and Public Planning meetings that were held in that calendar year. The Attendance Record indicates whether each member of Council was present or absent.
Please note that members of Council that were present for a portion of the meeting (arrived late and/or left early) have been logged in the Attendance Record as having been present for that meeting. More details pertaining to each meeting of Council can be viewed in the meeting minutes, which can be found on the Agendas and Minutes page.
