The Township is committed to continuous improvement and open communication with the public in an approach where all feedback is dealt with fairly in a respectful, transparent manner, and as quickly as possible. We encourage citizens to report any concerns regarding municipal program, service, facility or staff member.
Please submit all reports in writing at the Township office, or by email. It will then be forwarded to the appropriate Director and/or Manager for follow up.
Ombudsman Services
Anyone wishing to make a complaint against the Township must first seek resolution through the Township's internal complaint process prior to submitting a complaint with the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman provides services to residents to ensure that they have a local and efficient appeal process in case a complaint is not resolved directly with the Township.
Filing a Complaint
To file a complaint through the Township's internal process, please contact the Township Clerk Ashley Sage, at 519-632-8800 ext. 122 via email. Once the Township's internal complaint process has been exhausted and a satisfactory resolution remains outstanding, the Ombudsman's Office can be contacted at 1-800-263-1830 (inside Ontario only), 416-586-3300 (outside Ontario), or via email at info@ombudsman.on.ca.
