Notice: Potential Declaration of Surplus Municipal Lands - 10 Water Street

TAKE NOTICE that at the Council Meeting, scheduled for Monday August 10^th, 2026 at 6:00 pm, a Report from Staff will be considered in Open Session concerning the potential declaration of the residential property located at 10 Water Street, Ayr, as surplus for municipal purposes. The subject lands are located on Water Street, east of the intersection of Water Street and William Street within the Community of Ayr.

A copy of the Staff Report will be available for viewing and downloading on the Township’s website [www.northdumfries.ca] after 2 pm on Thursday August 6^th, 2026. Click on the “Council and Committee Meeting” icon and follow the links to the August 6^th Agenda.
