We encourage citizens to report any concerns regarding municipal program, service, facility or staff member.

Submit a compliment or complaint online and it will be forwarded to the appropriate Department.

Dead Animal

Report a dead animal on a Township road to Public Works via email, or calling 519-632-8800.

Parks, Trails and Facilities

If you see a problem with a park, trail, or facility, report it via email, or call 519-632-8800.

Sidewalks and Roads

If you see a problem with a Township sidewalk or road, report is via email, or call 519-632-8800.

Street Lights

If you see a problem with a street light on a Township road, report it by completing the online form.

Watermain Break

If you see a watermain break report it to the Region of Waterloo's 24 hour Call Centre 519-575-4400.
