Council Attendance Reporting
At the August 13, 2018 Regular Council meeting, Council adopted an Administrative Policy for Annual Attendance Reporting For Members of Council that directs the Clerk to prepare an annual summary of meeting attendance of Council members, whether present or absent. Any Council Member who is present for a portion of the meeting (arrived late and/or left early) is noted as "present" for that meeting. More details pertaining to each Council meeting can be viewed in the meeting minutes, which can be found on the Agendas and Minutes page.
