Our bid/tender opportunities process is one of the many ways we're committed to providing a fair, open and transparent procurement process. Through these posted opportunities, we are ensuring the Township obtains the best value for goods and services for our community. The Township follows the Procurement By-law for acquiring goods and services. The lowest quoted price does not necessarily mean the Township must accept it. |
Creating a Vendor Account |
Potential Bidders can create a Bidding System Vendor Account. This allows bidders to select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their vendor account information is kept current. For step by step instructions on how to create an account please refer to the Vendor Guide. |
Submissions |
All submissions must be received in a sealed envelope, with the appropriate cover sheet attached, which will be date and time stamped at the Township Offices upon receipt.
